We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will provide you with either a full refund or an alternative tour option.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations resulting from natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events.

• A booking is confirmed upon receipt of your payment, with an emailed confirmation sent to you.

• If the specified hotels are unavailable, we will arrange comparable alternatives, and any price adjustments will be communicated.

• We may photograph or record video during your experience for marketing purposes. You may request to opt-out by contacting us directly.

• Your personal data is kept confidential and is only shared when legally required.

• It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions upon booking.

• You are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential disruptions.

• We may decline your participation based on health or safety concerns.

• To secure your spot, a deposit must be made promptly, as availability can change quickly.

• If any activities become unavailable, we will strive to suggest suitable alternatives or refund your deposit if none are acceptable.

• Prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars), and you will be responsible for any associated bank fees for currency conversion.

We retain the right to modify aspects of the itinerary, including hotels, activities, and transportation, without offering refunds for necessary changes.

• Only adults aged 18 and over are eligible for group tours; children are welcome on custom tours.

• We reserve the right to remove any participants whose behavior disrupts the tour experience.

You must secure a travel insurance policy that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost belongings.

You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates and for obtaining necessary visas for entry.

• You acknowledge that adventure travel involves inherent risks, including limited access to medical care.

• We are not liable for actions taken by third-party service providers you may encounter during the tour.

We do not vet optional activities, and participation is solely at your own risk.

• These terms supersede any previous agreements made with us.

• Should you choose to depart early, all associated costs will be your responsibility.

• We reserve the right to remove any participants who pose safety risks or disrupt the group dynamic.
